Vouchers: 

  1. This voucher will remain valid 1 year from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed at reSTART in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
  2. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  3. This voucher is not valid with any special or additional promotion.
  4. Extension of the expiry date from the date of the voucher’s issuance requires reSTART management approval. Request for such approval must be provided to the reSTART before the normal expiry date, which is 1 year from the date of issuanc
  5. The reSTART management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
  6. This voucher is assigned to a unique code and personal mobile number and to treatments chosen by the buyer. If the buyer wishes to transfer this voucher to another person, we require written information from registered mobile or email prior to the visit of that person in reSTART
  7. A unique voucher code can be given to any person by the buyer upon his/her decision and will be accepted by reSTART during the voucher’s validity period. To redeem this voucher, a unique voucher code must be presented to the reSTART reception during the visit

Membership:

  1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash 
  2. Membership is automatically renewed unless the member informs reSTART that they wish to cancel their membership
  3. Membership fees are not convertible to other services at reSTART.
  4. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  5. Membership is not transferable to another person.
  6. In case of traveling, member is allowed to pause the membership for 2 weeks, informing reSTART in advance about that fact. 
  7. Each month, I authorize reSTART to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount due on my bill. The charge or debit will be made on the date that is specified in my monthly billing notice or my monthly bill. 
  8. To cancel automatic payment and reSTART Membership, contact reSTART Wellness Club LLC minimum 30 days in advance.   
  9. I understand and agree that reSTART is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges. 
  10. If a billing error occurs, reSTART is responsible for correcting it if and when, I notify reSTART of the error. 
  11. I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then reSTART has the right to charge a returned item fee of AED 50 and to cancel my account.
  12. I understand my participation in automatic payment is subject to reSTART’s approval. 
  13. reSTART reserve the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law. 
  14. As a Rookie Member you are entitled to 4 reSTART services per month including 1 free Recovery Assessment in 12 months 
  15. As a Rookie Member you are entitled to use not more than 2 different services on the same day.
  16. As a Rookie Member you are entitled to 20% discount on any additional reSTART services
  17. As a Pro Member you are entitled to 6 reSTART services per month, including 1 free Recovery Assessment every 6 months 
  18. As a Pro Member you are entitled to use not more than 2 services on the same day.
  19. As a Pro Member you are entitled to 30% discount on any additional reSTART services
  20. As a Champ Member you are entitled to unlimited services per month, including 1 free Recovery Assessment every 4 months 
  21. As a Champ Member you are entitled to use not more than 2 services on the same day.
  22. As a Pro Member you are entitled to 50% discount on any additional reSTART services 

General 

  1. reSTART Wellness Rehabilitation Center– Sole Proprietorship LLC maintains the https://ecommerce.restart.ae/ Website  
  2. The United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile, and therefore governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.A.E. 
  3. VISA or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment 
  4. Once the payment made, a confirmation email with a unique code number will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment 
  5. Refunds will only be done through the original mode of payment 
  6. The customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed  
  7. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries 
  8. Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
  9. Cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies/rules 
  10. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account
