Vouchers All vouchers purchased on this website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, except in the following circumstances:
- The wrong voucher was issued by RESTART WELLNESS HEALTH CLUB – LLC SPC
- The voucher code is defective or invalid through no fault of the customer
- The voucher was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- The voucher was tampered with or compromised before delivery
Memberships Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Refund Process Where a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original mode of payment only. Please allow between 10 to 45 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your credit card issuing bank.
Cancellations Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds for approved cancellations will be made back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
RESTART WELLNESS HEALTH CLUB – LLC SPC will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties under any circumstances.
